I ordered the special trial subscription for £4.99 and want to know the status of my subscription. How do I find this out?
The £4.99 you were charged is just for the trial subscription. You will be charged an additional £44 to upgrade to a full subscription, unless you cancel within 30 days. If you want to cancel, you must do so by post or by email - click here for our contact details.
Do you have a credit policy?
Regretfully, at present, we are not offering a credit/invoice facility for any type of establishment.
Which cards are accepted?
All major credit/debit cards are accepted, registered to any address worldwide. We use Protx or PayPal to handle online payments. For further information on Protx, please go to http://www.protx.com/shopperhelp.asp.
I placed an order on the website but I have not received a confirmation e-mail.
If an automatic e-mail does not appear after a few minutes, please check your junk e-mail folder. All automatic e-mails are sent almost immediately to the e-mail address provided by you.

What is the format of the electronic products?
All e-books and downloads come as PDF products. To read them you will need to have a PDF reader, such as Adobe Reader, installed on your machine.
How do I claim my download?
Your download will be available as soon as you have placed your order. You can either download it directly from the order confirmation page, or by logging in later. Your file will be available for 30 days. Please click here to view your available downloads.
Why are some of the lessons missing from my Living The Field download?
The downloads are a compilation of information from the Living The Field course, which consists of 48 'lessons'. The downloads are organised by subject, so it may be the case that not every lesson appears in a particular download.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are normally delivered within 10 working days. However, if you have not received your order within 28 days, please contact us, quoting your full name and address along with your order number.
How do I return a product if it is faulty or not as described?
Please contact us with your order number, a full description of the problem, and your name and address, so that we can let you know how to return the product.
Can I change my mind about an order?
You have a legal right to cancel an order or return it within 7 days of receipt, if the product is undamaged and in its original packaging. Once an item has been dispatched, WDDTY cannot refund the postage costs. Please contact us to arrange the return of your order.
In what formats are your DVDs available?
The majority of our DVDs are available in PAL and NTSC format. However, the Biology of Transformation and the Intention Experiment Conference are only available in PAL format.
My Biology of Transformation conference CD/DVD is not working/hasn't been delivered. What should I do?
