Payment
All orders must be pre-paid, either by a UK sterling cheque or a valid credit card, before they can be despatched.
Value added tax (VAT) is charged on some orders. Please include a valid VAT exemption number if you live outside of the EU, including the Channel Islands.
We accept the following types of cards:
Delivery
Delivery times will vary from product to product. If you have not received your order within 28 days, please contact us, quoting your full name and address and your order number.
Returns Policy
If there is a fault or problem with your order:
Please contact us with your order number, a full description of the problem, and your name and address, so that we can let you know how to return the product.
If you change your mind:
You have a legal right to cancel an order or return it within 7 days of receipt, if the product is undamaged and in its original packaging.
Once an item has been dispatched, WDDTY cannot refund the postage costs. Please contact us to arrange the return of your order.
Subscriptions
Cancellation policy
You may cancel your subscription contract by notifying our customer services department in writing: see contact details below. You will carry on receiving the issues until the end of your current subscription period and you will not be charged again.
We do not offer complete or partial refunds for subscriptions.
Trial subscription offer
Please note that when you take up the special trial subscription offer of three issues for £4.99, you are agreeing that if you do not cancel your order IN WRITING WITHIN 30 DAYS, then you will continue with the subscription at the rate advertised in the product description, and we will deduct a further £44.00 from your debit / credit card.
Should you cancel within the time of the free trial we will not take any further payments from your account.
Communications
WDDTY customers will benefit from regular e-news updates, providing health information and product offers. This service is provided automatically to all new customers. However, customers may opt out at any time. WDDTY operates a strict anti-spam policy and will never pass customers' details to any third party.
