A formulation of 17 naturally occurring amino acides in their free form, including 9 essential amino acides, and with 5-L-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP). Contains no L-tryptophan. 5-HTP is in the same metabolic pathway as L-trptophan, and is the immediate precursor to serotonin and melatonin. This formulation is appropriate for food-sensitive individuals.

 

Suggested Use:

As a dietary supplement, 1 or 2 capsules one to three times daily between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
